CONSOLIDATED REVENUES AT €169 MILLION (+6%) AND ORDERS AT €185 MILLION (+17%)

UNOX, a leading company in the design, production and sale of professional ovens and food processing systems for the foodservice sector, retail, pastry and bakery, closes the first half of 2026 with sustained growth across its key economic indicators, confirming the solidity of its international development path.

In the first six months of the year, the Unox Group recorded consolidated revenues of €169 million, up +6% compared to the same period in 2025. Orders reached €185 million, an increase of +17%.

The performance of the first half reflects the investment plan Unox is carrying out to support global growth through the strengthening of production capacity, expansion of international presence, technological innovation and development of people.

“The first half confirms the solidity of our growth path,” said Nicola Michelon, CEO of Unox. “These results are the natural consequence of the investments we continue to make in production capacity, customer proximity, innovation and people. The opening of the new facility in the United States, the expansion of our international Experience Center network and the continuous development of our technologies allow us to be increasingly close to strategic markets and to approach the second half of the year with confidence.”

In the first half, Unox continued its international development plan with targeted investments to strengthen local presence in strategic markets. Among the main initiatives was the inauguration of the new production facility in North Carolina, United States, a $20 million investment, which represents a strategic step to consolidate Unox’s presence in the North American market and increase local production capacity.

At the same time, Unox expanded its international network of Experience Centers with three new openings in Saudi Arabia, Indonesia and Denmark. The new centers serve as strategic meeting points for customers, partners and industry professionals, integrating demonstration areas, training spaces and facilities dedicated to developing technical and commercial skills in local markets.

The international development plan will continue in the second half of the year with the renovation of the German headquarters and new Experience Centers already scheduled in Southeast Asia and the Netherlands for 2027.

The Unox City Italian headquarters also saw important infrastructure development. In the semester, a new company canteen of over 400 m², new spaces dedicated to CombiGuru, the project created by Unox to connect hospitality students to the professional world, enhancing talent and fostering the school-business dialogue, and new demonstration kitchens with an Experience Lounge welcoming customers and partners were inaugurated. Active in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom, CombiGuru 2026 involved over 5,000 students through a competition combining training, technology and passion for the culinary world. In the coming months, a new showroom dedicated to solutions for the kitchen of the future will also be completed.

On the technological innovation front, the Group has extended the global rollout of the SPEED.Compact™ ECO speed oven, now available in the United States and Canada, and has renewed two of the brand’s most iconic analogue lines with the introduction of BAKERLUX CLASSIC.

During the semester, the integration of Roboqbo within the Unox Group also progressed. The integration is progressively leading to the adoption of the Unox model in terms of development methods, industrial standards and innovation approach, aiming to accelerate the brand’s growth. The process has already been showcased through the joint presence of Unox and Roboqbo at several international trade fairs, with exhibition spaces highlighting the early stages of this incorporation. In the coming months, the integration will enter a new phase, with further developments bringing Roboqbo increasingly into the Unox ecosystem both in Italy and abroad.

The Group’s growth path also continues on the industrial sustainability front. Following the commissioning of the Energy Plants, producing a total of approximately 2,500 MWh of clean energy per year in the province of Rovigo (Italy), together with around 5,000 MWh of clean energy generated by the solar panels installed on the roofs of Unox’s facilities in Padua, a structured program for environmental and sustainability data collection involving the Group’s main suppliers was launched during the semester.

Finally, Unox continues its commitment to people. In the first half, the company received Best Workplaces Italy 2026Best Workplaces for Trusted Leadership Italy 2026, and was certified Great Place to Work in 15 countries: Italy, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Australia, South Korea, Malaysia, India, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United States, Mexico, and Colombia.

The growth of Unox Casa, the high-end domestic business unit, also continued, with new collaborations and intense international activity. At the Salone del Mobile, a partnership with Fhiaba was presented, combining an oven and multifunction blast chiller, while Henge contributed the exclusive Burnished Titanium finish. The brand also strengthened its presence in international markets through participation in key fairs and events across Europe, Asia and Australia.
