Summer calls for drinks that keep up, and Black Sheep Coffee is answering with a lineup built for the season. From bold coffee creations to refreshing seasonal flavours, the brand is serving up drinks made for every moment of the day, whether it’s a morning pick-me-up, an afternoon refreshment or an after-work treat.

Coffee remains the brand’s calling card, and this summer it’s all about Cold Foam. Black Sheep Coffee has rolled out its Cold Foam range across the Classic Cold Brew, Iced Americano, Iced Latte and Iced Matcha Latte, with the light, velvety topping also available to add to virtually any drink of choice. It’s a small addition with a big personality shift, smooth, refreshing and unmistakably Black Sheep’s own take on how iced coffee should feel in the heat.

Matcha gets its own moment with The Matcha Cloud, a striking pairing of coconut water and ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha cold foam served over ice. Light and refreshing, it’s built for Dubai’s warmer months without losing any of the depth matcha lovers look for.

Rounding out the summer lineup is the Açaí Smoothie, a refreshing, antioxidant-rich blend of frozen açaí, strawberries, banana and coconut water, finished with an organic coconut yoghurt spread. It’s fast becoming a regular order and fits right into the season’s line-up of cold, refreshing go-tos.

For a distinctly regional touch, the Arabic Latte brings together oat milk, honey, cardamom and cinnamon, a warm, familiar flavour profile reimagined through Black Sheep Coffee’s own lens.

On the food side, the Norwegian waffles remain the true centrepiece, with the Original Norwegian Waffle serving up the brand’s classic, made-to-order base and the Matcha Waffle bringing that same ceremonial-grade matcha into dessert form.

The full summer range is available across Black Sheep Coffee’s UAE locations, including its newest store at Peninsula 3 in Business Bay, a welcoming neighbourhood space built for the community. Beyond these seasonal items, the brand offers a full all-day menu built for however guests want to fuel up, from freshly made salads and sandwiches to a build-your-own açaí bowl and a broader selection of Norwegian waffle flavours alongside pastries and cakes.
