Sedar Global collaborate on a limited-edition interiors line offering for summer

Iconic artworks from The Met collection inspire home furnishings

for the MENA region

Sedar Global and The Metropolitan Museum of Art, introduce their exclusive collaboration: a summer collection that draws inspiration from world-renowned artworks to create statement pieces for the home

Available now across Sedar Global showrooms and online throughout the MENA region, the new collection offers customers the opportunity to customise high-quality wallpaper, blinds, curtains, cushions, and more with artworks from The Met collection, bringing art inspired design into modern living spaces.

From the bold brushstrokes of Van Gogh to the lyrical landscapes of Claude Monet, the collection spans an array of iconic names including British romantic artist J.M.W. Turner, Vasily Kandinsky, and Eugène Delacroix, as well as captivating works inspired by ancient Egypt, nature, sunsets and travel. The Summer 2025 capsule blends timeless elegance with contemporary interior tastes, inviting homeowners to bring artistic flair into everyday rooms.

Interior spaces will be instantly elevated with a range of home accents showcasing famous works of art. Abstract compositions from Kandinsky offer a modern edge for minimalist interiors. Van Gogh’s The Flowering Orchard captures a vivid expression of spring’s arrival in Provence, which the Dutch painter found hugely inspiring. Monet was mesmerised by the sun-drenched coastal scene from his Italian hotel that looked across the Bay of Ventimiglia towards the Alps when he painted Palm Trees at Bordighera. The Path Through the Irises, meanwhile, is an homage to one of Monet’s favourite flowers that typify the vitality of spring.

Bring dramatic light and colour into your home with works by Arkhip Kuindzhi and renowned French artist Eugene Delacroix who was known for capturing cloud formations and skies with pastels. In a similar vein are whimsical landscapes by French artist Albert Tissandier and 16th century Dutch artist Cornelis van Poelenburgh. To make a statement, choose interpretations of Charles K. Wilkinson’s works which reproduce scenes from ancient Egypt. Lastly, the iconic waterways of Venice depicted in artworks by one of the most celebrated watercolourists J.M.W Turner appear on blinds and pillows.

The innovative collaboration between The Met, the largest art museum in the United States, and Sedar Global, one of the Middle East’s leading home interiors brands, follows on from a successful debut of The Met x Sedar collaboration in October 2024.
